We often get many players all asking similar questions, so to save time and make sure we are as clear as possible, we have compiled them. Use this as a reference when you have similar questions.
 

Q1: When will Phyllis Crusader be added to the game?

A1: We’ve been hearing this question a lot, and we think everyone will be happy with the answer. The Phyllis Crusader will be added to the game at the end of November. Also, a brand new version, Tales of Pirates II will be introduced as well. The new version will include the Phyllis Crusader, the Dig for Treasure system, and Maze Instances. For the exact release time of all new content, keep an eye on our official site news.
 

Q2: It is troublesome to get the rewards for the Free Lunch event. Do you have any plans to improve this?

A2: Recently we noticed there were problems with this feature and we are now modifying it to make it an in-game event so players can claim their rewards by talking directly to an NPC. The patch containing this event is currently in testing and should be available around the end of October.
 

Q3: I found a bug when I did the Courage Certificate event, could you guys fix it? I love this event, and hope IGG to extend the duration.

A3: Sure. We have received the BUG reports and checked the problems. Meanwhile we will extend the event duration for a certain period for players who can’t get enough of it.
 

Q4: The PK items like Speed Potion, Food Potion, Flash Bomb and Earthquake Generator are fairly unfair things. Would you remove them off the Item Mall?

A4: Yeah, some PVP items affect the PVP results to some extent. After listening to players’ suggestions, we have decided to remove them from the Item Mall step by step. For the players who love the PVP items we’re considering giving them out in other ways, though they’ll be limited in quantity.
