Dear fellow pirates,
 

    Some players have reported that some newbie cops have been mistakenly arresting spammers, overusing their Arrest Warrant powers and trading Arrest Warrants. Now we will be clarifying the responsibilities of Player Cops. Please read carefully and think it over before doing something rash and uncalled for!
 

About Spammers
In TOP, spammers are players who illegally post ads in game. For example, illegally selling game coins, promoting illegal game servers and much more. They are the target of TOP Player Cops. Player Cops’ Rights and Obligations
Player Cops can arrest Spammers if they find them committing the illegal actions listed above, and then they can throw them into the Island Prison.
 

Player Cops can only arrest spammers using an Arrest Warrant in game and do not have any other means of recourse.
 

Punishment
Player Cops who use the Arrest Warrant for trade, for revenge, or for threats on other players are in serious breach of their duties. Anybody found using an Arrest Warrant illegally in the slightest way will be disqualified from being a Player Cop, and he or she will be thrown into the Little Black Room when the circumstances are particularly wicked. All Player Cops please make ensure you are executing your responsibilities properly!
 

Listed above are the event rules for Player Cops. Other players should actively support their work; respect them and their work, as well as supervising their work. They are in game to protect and serve. We welcome players who have ideas and suggestions on how we can improve them.
