Event Rules:
1.Must be Level 50 or above.
2. All of the characters in a players' account can join in the event. Every character will get the chance to draw a lottery ticket when they level up to a specified level range (See the rules listed below). Each time before the lottery is drawn; players should make sure that their character's current level is higher than that of their last character from the same account. Otherwise if a player uses a high-level character to draw the lottery first, the system will set the default to high-level characters and the low-level characters from same account will be automatically disqualified. It is recommended that players start drawing from their lowest level characters which meet with the drawing rules.
3. Chance of Drawing Lottery
If you are level 50-54, you will have a chance to draw a lottery ticket.
If you are level 55-59, you will have a chance to draw a lottery ticket.
If you are level 60-64, you will have a chance to draw a lottery ticket.
If you are level 65-69, you will have a chance to draw a lottery ticket.
If you are level 70-74, you will have a chance to draw a lottery ticket.
If you are level 75-79, you will have a chance to draw a lottery ticket.
If you are level 80 or above, you will have a chance to draw a lottery ticket.
Note: Chances of drawing a lottery ticket can't be accumulated. Players must use their chance at the lottery when then are still within the specified level range. Should they level up to the next range first without drawing their ticket then they will have lost the chance for that level.
