A. Which ways are suggested to purchase? May I use mobile to pay?

It is advised to use the PayByPhone service from a home-telephone/landline. If you care considering calling from a mobile, please note standard net works charges apply for all UK customers. [Different network rates vary] Unfortunately US cellphone is not currently supported for this service.

B. Do I need to activate my home-telephone/landline for using PayByPhone service?

If you could not use Pay by Phone, please confirm if you have activated the Premium Call Service for using paybyphone service. If not, please apply for the service on your local telephone carriers. (OR WHETHER YOUR SERVICE PROIVDER IS PART OF MCI)

C. If I didn't receive PIN, or I didn't note (MY)PIN down, how to get it back?

At all times, you will definitely receive the PIN. It is important to stay on the line patient until the PIN has been read out although the music would be long.

If for any reason, you lost or forget to note down the pin, or you didn’t get a complete pin , we advise you to contact Surfpin using the support form on the payment window by clicking the ‘support’ link.

D. Do I need to pay for the music if I don’t get PIN? How does it works?

Imcomplete call will not get charged and this apply to all US and UK home phone/landline customers. In any circumstance, if you think you've received an invalid pin, please contact Surfpin Support by phone or via email support@surfpin.com. Please also contact Surfpin Support. If you've not received your pin and you were calling from a UK mobile number.
